Placing Orders
Thank you for choosing The Wood Junction for your custom woodwork. When you place an order, we begin project planning immediately. You can pay securely using major methods including Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal. Once payment is confirmed, your order is scheduled and you’ll receive a confirmation email with delivery estimates.
Cancellations & Modifications
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement at no cost. After that period, custom design work may be in progress, and a fee may apply. To request a change, contact support with your order ID.
Refunds & Guarantees
Standard Services: For projects cancelled before production, full refunds are processed via your original payment method (Amazon Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal). Expect funds within 3–5 business days.
Warranty & Repairs: We offer a 1‑year warranty on all services. If your product arrives with defects or suffers damage due to workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Bad Service or Quality Issues: If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Based on the review, we may offer a partial refund or redo the work. Refunds via Amazon Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal will follow their standard timelines.
Refund Method
We issue refunds back to the original payment method used—whether that’s Amazon, Apple, or PayPal. Processing times depend on your provider:
- Amazon Pay: typically 3–5 business days
- Apple Pay: typically 1–3 business days
- PayPal: typically instant to 2 business days
Processing & Shipping Times
Standard orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery via standard courier takes 3–7 days depending on your location. Rush orders may be available—contact us to discuss timing.
